Back InjuryAOE-COE: Our investigators are second to none when conducting AOE-COE investigations for our claims examiner clients. Using a program developed by the Whitestar Group in conjunction with several of its larger insurance clients, our investigators are trained to examine every factor that may influence an injured workers' claim and detail it in an articulate and comprehensive report. Rest assured that ALL the information an adjuster will need to make a decision will be provided when our work is completed.

Our investigators will NEVER leave the office without having first conducted a thorough background investigation on the claimant/target to ensure that time is not wasted sitting on the wrong residence. Our access to proprietary databases including DMV, coupled with our experience in knowing what to look for, our investigators develop pre-operational information that many others could never acquire before the onset of an investigation. SIU: Having former law enforcement officers/detectives as part of our staff, we are fully equipped to provide a thorough and effective investigation of any fraud referral. Our final product is all the ammunition a local district attorney needs to proceed with a complaint against the suspect.

PROPERTY AND CASUALTY INVESTIGATIONS

SurveillanceSpecial Investigations: Comprehensive investigative efforts encompassing a variety of specific and general information requirements.

Liability: In response to coverage for product liability, auto liability and professional liability insurance; to verify the validity of claims and to determine possible mitigating factors that will reduce or minimize cost exposure.

Scene Investigation: To provide details at the accident scene. This is not an engineering service. The process will provide information and photographs.

Location: Finding missing persons, witnesses, or other locating requirements.

Statements: Interviews documented through written, audio, and/or video recording of statements, for legal and other proceedings.

Fire Losses: Designed to determine the motivational factors surrounding suspicious fire loss. Includes development of financial and other background information about claims of suspected arsonists to develop evidence of potential insurance fraud.

Theft/Burglary: Investigation of losses covering residential, automobile, marine or heavy equipment claims. Includes development of complete financial and background information on claimants or suspects.

Legal Testimony: Appearance by investigative personnel at legal proceedings to support developed or documented information.
